Led 0→1 design for Moneyview Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) experience as solo designer, scaling to 100+ merchants and driving 10cr+ monthly transaction volume within first 3 months
Redesigned cancellation process to offer modifications first, reducing SIP deactivations by ~24%
Designing streak-based engagement to double average SIP length from 3 to 6 cycles, currently in 0→1 A/B testing phase with gamification mechanics
A voice-first, human-like experience designed for financial journeys - built on the insight that speaking is 3x easier than typing on mobile.
